Jun 15, 2015 Spoiler i hate to say it, but this is dope i start to like Thug his hook game is top notch most of the time perfect music for a car ride
Jun 15, 2015 I am still a Eminem Fan, but I finally appreciate Thugs music. (A lil bit at least ) TES is still lightyears ahead of B6
Jun 15, 2015 for as righteous as you get about me asserting my opinion as fact or whatever, i've reviewed a good number of albums on this list. you seldom going beyond saying "NUH-UH!" pot, kettle.
Jun 16, 2015 Regardless of my opinion on the project, it's well received enough to warrant at least entertaining the thought that it ranks among the best, even if I disagree
Jun 16, 2015 How has no one posted this yet? http://pitchfork.com/reviews/albums/2771-the-eminem-show/
Jun 16, 2015 Oh d---, this was actually really nice. Really does show how much good production helps Thugger.
Jun 16, 2015 nah the hook and the verses are >> the flow he laid out wouldve been incredible for kanye if was on the song as planned (until it got leaked). the "5000 for yeezus, they think I aint Jesus. Get my ice out the freezer/it cost a lil bimmer" >>>> edit: also, like I said. I tagged you in the thug song a day for a reason, before you had your little fit lol. this was one of the songs i linked. like 5 other ones are this quality/vibe.
Jun 16, 2015 I'm assuming this is one of the leaked tracks? I do kinda wish Thugger would get away from the Atlanta scene and just kinda explore everywhere. Example: That f---ing Jamie xx track is a b-----r. Do you know who produced this track?
Jun 16, 2015 Eestbound & Wondagirl -- thats the same chick that made crown for jay z i think, right?? it was rumored travis scott produced lol also, trust, thugs going to be all over the place (jamie xx collab style). and there are plenty in the leaks that are as good, if not outright better than the jamie xx track. he sounds like a b------ child of wayne, justin vernon and 808s kanye here to me: thats slowly becoming my 2nd favorite thug song ever but yeah, over 100 leaks arent stopping him. he has an album and mixtape supposedly on the way, metro thuggin w/ metro boomin, and i heard he has some crazy collabs in the works.
Jun 16, 2015 That's why I probably dig it, Wondagurl is a great producer. "Company" off of Drake's album was great. Also I generally just can't dig London. To me (at least), he's such a generic trap producer who's holding Thug back, have no idea why Thug's stuck with him for this long. (If I had to guess, it's because "Lifestyle" was a huge hit)
Jun 16, 2015 uhh thugs worked with many people outside of london my favorite thug song of all time: also, you're kinda off base about london in general...this them together (mixed by kanye apparently?) and its fantastic.. or: and some other random ones with metro and one with actually atrack and lex luger
Jun 16, 2015 Oh don't worry, Metro is fine by my books, as he's actually willing to experiment a little. But it's mainly London's incessant use of those generic trap drums. The way he uses and has them mixed loudly just ruins a track for me.
