Just got back from seeing THE INFILTRATOR at the 6:40 showing. Pretty enjoyable flick. It wasn't anything new or groundbreaking, but it kept me entertained and engaged. Cranston, as always, was a mesmerizing actor to watch and the rest of the supporting cast (especially Diane Kruger) did a nice job. Solid 8/10

It was pretty cool to watch too because most of the movie was filmed in my town. I was almost an extra when they went and filmed it last year.

Feel like the film is getting lukewarm reviews and nobody is really talking about. Anybody else see it? If so, thoughts?

i read the book and thought it was fantastic...I have not seen the movie yet but Cranston is a great actor and I'm happy he agreed to play this part...I hope they compressed the book into a good story in the movie...

good to hear that you enjoyed the film...8/10 is a really good rating for imdb standards...ill have high expectation going into to this

    where was it filmed?

It was filmed in Tampa, Florida predominantly, and yeah, it has like a 65% on RT, but Shutter Island has a 68% and I also think that's a brilliant film. In retrospect, I would probably give it a 7.5 because it isn't super lasting, but it's enjoyable and well done when you're sitting there and watching it.
