It has to do with the fact that Neil Druckmann left, leaving Craig Mazin in charge. You know, the guy who’s behind all the bad changes in season 2 that you complained about? The guy who’s shown he doesn’t understand TLOU2? The guy who made Ellie act like an idiot? I wouldn’t be surprised if he does the same to Abby, making her a complete dumbass and butchering her story because he wants to make changes for the f--- of it. “Better acting” isn’t going to save the show if Craig Mazin completely ruins it like he almost did with season 2.
