May 18, 2015 The Leftovers is an American television drama series created by Damon Lindelof and Tom Perrotta set to air on HBO. It is based on Perrotta's novel of the same name. Series stars Justin Theroux, Amy Brenneman, Christopher Eccleston, Liv Tyler, and Ann Dowd. The Leftovers takes place in the wake of a global "Rapture"—which may or may not be the Biblical rapture—and centers on the people who didn’t make the cut, and are left behind in a suburban community. Season 1 was truly awesome, i mean the shot were beautiful. You dont understand everything but I think it's better like that. Season 2 will be aired during this summer, the cast will be composed by the original cast plus Kevin Carroll, Joven Adepo and Regina King. Who watched it?
May 18, 2015 Overall, I didn't care too much for the show but I did enjoy that flashback episode. I think that was the best episode in S1.
May 18, 2015 I liked it, but it was a little like LOST where you don't know where the f--- it's going and I don't think they really know where it's going either. I heard it's being rebooted in a different city for the second season because of that. The music was good also

Oct 10, 2015 Bro you know I love you, but you couldn't be more wrong...first episode was a straight masterpiece, like I really think it was the best episode of the series so far...the 7 or 8 minute intro with the cave woman carrying her baby...g.d.... I just thought the entire episode was full of intrigue...lots of things just felt "off" and it reminded me of my favorite episodes of LOST mixed with a little TWIN PEAKS vibe...loved it

Oct 12, 2015 Agreed, I feel like the first season kept you just the right amount of confused so that it's intriguing rather than annoying (though obviously there are still some weird things that don't make sense yet). Didn't watch the second ep yet but I have high hopes for this season.

Oct 14, 2015 I was reading an interview with Lindleoff .... Said that he wanted to change the mood and pacing of the show now. That's why they changed the EPIC theme song to that s--- now. Anyway, if this is the pace they are going to be on all season - well, s--- - this has potential to be the best show that's on TV today.
