Aug 16, 2016 If official releases mattered, Wayne wouldn't have been solidified as G.O.A.T. in this generation. But due to the fact that "Tha Carter III" (Original Cut Track-Listing) was leaked in July of 2007, and was just too d--- good to disregard when mentioning his catalog as a whole, I'm going to have to go with the less popular assertion that it changed the standards of what is acceptable, and in what carnation it's officially (Or unofficially) presented and released to the general listening demographic.
