Jul 26, 2016 Meh. Tim Kaine literally does nothing for Hillary - infact it only hurts her chances that she didn't have a riskier pick. I think she needed a more liberal VP to entice Bernie voters. Fact is, some Bernie supporters simply are never going to vote for her. Picking Tim Kaine, who could easily pass as a republican, is only going to turn young liberals away. The division in the party right now is worse than it was when Hillary and Obama were campaigning against eachother, much worse.
Jul 26, 2016 I think we agree that the fear is that liberals (Bernie folk) don't show up. I think we disagree on if they will show up. They will wake up and know that Trump would be a disaster to their entire cause and turn back any progress Obama has made for their cause. Is the division worse than 2008? Sure, but any liberal who is upset has no where to turn. It will be obvious it was or wasn't that bad come November, but until then, who knows.
Jul 26, 2016 well, hillary isnt even really liberal, and picking Tim Kaine is not going to help change that perception of her. Liberals do have other choices. They can vote for Trump, Jill Stein or Gary Johnson. A lot of them will.
Jul 27, 2016 lol if anyone of u watched trump's press conference -- in which he encourages russia to commit espionage against hillary -- and think he deserves to be president, i dont know what to say to u @Lamont @blair @WPG @Howie @Chad Warden
Jul 27, 2016 yeah he asked russia to release the emails if they have them. similar to the DNC leak. i'd be ok with that. more exposure
Jul 27, 2016 lol @Lamont this makes him literally a traitor. Like, old-timey, red scare looking a--- traitor.
Jul 27, 2016 If it exposes more wrongdoing, then i don't care what it is. Russia should release all the dirt they have.
Jul 27, 2016 Lamont: "Wow the Democrats are so corrupt. Favoring one candidate over another is disgusting." Trump: "I encourage Russia to commit espionage against my political opponent." Lamont: "This is good IMO"
Jul 27, 2016 you have a great way of twisting it around. im for exposing corruption, period. has nothing to do with partisanship but you can think what you want. by the way, hillary is the one who committed espionage, and you're going to tell me that she didn't, and then we can have the same circular argument again
Jul 27, 2016 Hillary did not "commit espionage," something that was definitively determined by the months-long FBI probe. This isn't a matter of opinion, lol. This is just the reality of it. Hillary did business outside of government servers, like virtually every other politician in the country. Trump is asking Russia to commit espionage to win an election. You've finally jumped the shark.
Jul 27, 2016 well the thing with the FBI was about intent, but if you're going to defend that joke of a ruling we can end this convo here. however it's not up for debate that Hillary compromised information, and made it vulnerable to hackers.
Jul 27, 2016 So when hillary breaks national security laws it doesnt matter, even if she didnt mean to
Jul 27, 2016 The thing is, you can't claim some haughty moral high ground about "compromised national security" and then be like "Leak everything! Who cares about the consequences!" The second argument 100 percent undercuts the first.
Jul 27, 2016 get hillarys clit out of your mouth. this is about trump encouraging espionage lol. how f---ing stupid are you?
