Is it... chicken with roasted sweet potato, mushroom and tomato, garnished with flat parsley or coriander?

close enough It was chicken thights with the bones still in and skin on roasted with garlic and fresh rosemary,thyme,oregano and basil and a bit of lemon zest with sweet potatoe chips (the round tings) done in s smidgen of allspice and butter/oil and roasted mushrooms with the fresh herbs, garlic and butter also a few carrot sticks coz i had half a carrot in the fridge to use up

Theres no tomato the red thing under one of the shrooms was the end of a capsicum which was left over from making pizzas earlier in the night. and i just made a quick sauce from the juices in the pan and finished with a bit of butter and some lemon juice.
