Senators at the immigration meeting pretty much confirmed the “shithole countries” comment. The White House didn’t even deny it. Trump denied it on twitter after the strong backlash.

Well that comment, if he did say it, isn't even that bad on its face. I think we're all in agreement that Haiti is pretty much a s--- place to live - and Haiti's not a race. You'd have to assume Trump is a racist to take that as a racist remark, but where's the evidence that that's actually the case? Give me one example where Trump mistreated a black person in living memory, without quoting an “anonymous source” or going back to the 1970s to some New York rental agreements that he probably didn't even know about until it was brought up years later.

The fundamental underlying cancer isn't evil white Republicans lol, but honestly Western interventionism and world policing in general which for decades has continued unabated regardless of party and seamlessly through Republican and Democratic administrations.

This has been a controversial issue for years before trump. I didn’t support this program when Obama was in office & I don’t support it now. However, the argument of hypocrisy isn’t a sound one. Trump can’t just call the FBI & be like “hey, spy on this person.” That’s not how any of this works & trump knows that. He found that out the hard way with Comey & is being investigated for obstruction of justice because of it. Dems know this & voted for this program because they believe it’s essential to our national security (it’s not).

Are you a native speaker? He clearly said "I'd," not "I." As an isolated sentence, "I probably have a very good relationship with..." is a strange thing to say. It's even more unlikely in the context of very hostile relations between Trump and Kim Jong Un, who've never even met. Notice also the following false start "I would" (probably repetition).
