Right now as of today... The Executive Branch is against Gay Marriage.

The Legislative Branch with Republican Majorities in both the Senate and House are probably against Gay Marriage if it came to a vote.

And because the Executive Branch is against Gay Marriage... now or soon the Judicial Branch (Supreme Court) will be against Gay Marriage.

No. You can be critical of Clinton not supporting same-sex marriage earlier but don’t act like she changed her position so much later than everyone else. She did not. Her position on the issue changed pretty much in line with everyone else in her party. She wasn’t trying to appeal to anyone.
