Trump just had an amazing speech in Poland, really moving for polish people he talked about our history but also about current issues and importance of our culture, roots, beliefs

The speech was definitely too long. POTUS doesn't have to teach Polish people about our history lmao.
He could've said the same thing in 20-30 minutes but he extended it only to please stupid polish right wingers who were brought over by the government to clap for Trump and shout his name. The only important thing was that he's brought up article 5 and suggested possible further LNG deliveries to Poland.

He mainly said things we already know from experience or from history lessons. I'm not saying it's a bad thing because every us president did it in the past but generally speaking the speech wasn't really captivating. He lacks charisma Obama had imo

18 states + the District of Columbia are suing secretary Betsy DeVos over her decision to freeze student loan protection rules put in place by the Obama administration.

Also, the U.S. government's ethics chief Walter Shaub Jr. resigned due to "conflicts of interest." He explained that the Office of Government Ethics lacks the power to enforce its rules/policies. He stated there was nothing more he could have done as chief given our "current situation."

Trump and Putin met today and discussed wide range of issues. Biggest take aways were for starters they agreed to ceasefire in southwest Syria which is good news. The other takeaway was that Trump confronted Putin about the meddling in the 2016 election which Putin constantly denied involvement.

Trump is such a strange character. For months he calls Russia meddling in the election "fake news" and then he'll some what admit it but say "we're not sure if it's Russia" (yes we do) and then he goes ahead and presses Putin on the matter lol. Like.... all these flip flops and contradictions are getting ridiculous.
