Blink Publishing has signed a new biography of Eminem from Anthony Bozza, who was given unprecedented access to chronicle the rapper’s last 15 years.

Oliver Holden-Rea, senior editor for adult non-fiction at Bonnier Books UK, acquired UK and Commonwealth rights from Lisa Gallagher at DeFiore and Co in New York. Not Afraid: The Evolution of Eminem will be published in October.

Bozza, a New York City-based writer and journalist, is the author of the 2003 Eminem book Whatever You Say I Am(Corgi). This time Bozza looks at the star's years spent out of the private eye, a battle with addiction, politics, his personal life, his re-emergence into the music scene and return to the top.

The publisher said: “With unprecedented access and building on decades of research, Anthony’s book will be an intimate portrait of an incredibly private man and an essential gift for millions of Eminem fans worldwide.”

Holden-Rea said: “We are delighted to be welcoming Anthony to Blink. He is a brilliant writer and has worked closely with some of world’s biggest artists, powerfully weaving together their music with the events that inspired them. Eminem normally doesn’t talk about his life outside of his music, so we are very proud to be publishing the quintessential book on arguably the greatest rapper of all time.”

Not yet, but if there's a cigar named SHADYXX... Back in 2014 Em had a shirt with SHADYXV on it at one of this shows in the summer and later he announced an album, so...

if this is about celebrating the 20 years, create collabs between former and current artists of shady instead of having one CD full of old songs everyone knows
it'd be cool having a 50/Boogie/Dre song, a Stat/Joel/Eminem song, a Cashis/Westside Gunn/Obie song, idk

dre has about 100 ish songs with Em in his own vault at aftermath
em and 50 have maybe a lil less but he did say he had heaps of cds and there was also the relapse 2 stuff, champions etc
