That's the highest quality file you can record on and mix. Those files in that folder that are MP3 means they are already mixed and mastered songs. You dont ever wanna master an MP3 file bc a mp3 file is already compressed, adding a master or taking it to mastering in an mp3 form will compress it further. Usually why people who record at their houses have terrible audio quality in their music. Apart from not knowing proper recording techniques, equipment and having a decent grasp on mixing vocals with eqs,compression, reverb etc they record on MP3 files and then try to put mastering filters over the songs.
