Unlike most of the guys, I wouldn't care if they sign Joyner, I'd be happy I guess. I don't think being on Shady would make any change in his music at all. Yela had a unique style and he delivered his music as he pleases. I really believe Em lets his artists have all the creativity and freedom for their own music which is great. I don't care about the promotion. I don't think being on Shady or not would make a difference in success. U don't really need a label to promote u, or have strategic plans to make u big to have a huge hit or anything in today's world. And to add that, I don't believe Shady really kills the careers. Whose career Shady label ended ? There were some guys who never had careers and couldn't have because Em was overdosed and going through serious challanges in his life but other than that maybe u can say Obie Trice but I'd say if it wasn't for Shady and specially Eminem, he would have did worse than Yelawolf anyway like he is doing nowadays. Don't even mention SH, we all know they ended because of Budden's bitching. I can agree Em tried to help 2.0 artists have success with his formula in Recovery but I don't believe he forced neither Yela nor SH to have poppy hooks. He just advised and they took it. Yela went with his own s--- after Radioactive anyway. SH case was all about Budden bitching about various things and specially not being successful and more richer.

That's true for established artists like Eminem, Future, Ariana Grande or litterally anybody else.

But Boogie already released 2 tracks and he still doesn't have 2 000 000 listens with both of them combined.

He has the musical talent to be big, but nobody knows about him

Yeah, I think same as u. He sounds like he can be big. But what's the best way to make people at least hear about him ? Make him go to a talk show ? Pay radios to play one of his songs ? I'm not sure. Talk show is the best move I can think of but it's the age of internet. U need to promote it online somehow but even then he might not get the recognition he needs. Plus, even if people hear about him, there's a %50 chance he might not go big anyway. U'll never know who'll be big in music. It's not even about talent most of the time really, I think u need more of luck than talent. But even Boogie himself is not really giving a date for the album, promoting it for real nowadays. Considering he said it's out in October and there are only 11 days left, I don't think he'll drop anything this month at all. It seems very unlikely. I believe Em is gonna be promoting his s--- somehow close to its' release. He might as well just share the album on his instagram page the moment it's out, which would make his name heard by many.

Just an Eminem feature would open him to a market of hardcore stans who're gonna listen to his album purely for Eminem's name.

There's a reason why Love Story was Yelawolf's only successful album.

People came for that Em feature and stayed for the good album.

I don't think Em would ever turn Boogie down if he wants a collab. All he needs to do is send him few records and see which one he might want to jump on. I don't really think it's hard to reach Eminem at all. Some rappers just don't want him on his s--- for various reasons. (Fear of getting murdered on your own s---, doesn't like his style at all, don't think he might contribute the overall sound or content of the album etc) I'm not sure which is that for Boogie but as long as he wants an Eminem feature on his album he got it. I don't know if Love Story was really that successful to be mentioned but I know Best Friend is one of his biggest songs, maybe the biggest so I agree with u on that one.
