Sigh. This the s--- Im talkin about. Its not a terrible song, but its like, what the f---? Lol.
It just sounds sooooo rushed and once again the beat is so underwhelming (shocking, it's a Seven beat!) and the hook is so lazy & rushed & not good. Subject matter? Same ol same ol...I bet I listen to this song one more time and that'll be it.
It's seriously like everyone on Strange (minus Rittz) forgot how to make good music or they just dont care to anymore.

I agree to all what you say until the last sentence,I'm just disappoint by Tech,JL and Murs.
While I prefer old Mayday albums Search Party is not bad,Catastrophic Event Specialist is my favourite Ces Cru album and Big scoob and Prozak albums as are good as ever in my opinion.

I was exaggerating of course, but the music is nowhere near as good IMO.
TMTYL, Thrift Store Halos, Believers & Mursday >>>> Search Party & Future Vintage
I disagree about Ces, I like Catastrophic Event Specialist the least. Although its not a huge gap, just more standout songs on their first two IMO.
Same with Stevie...Rollin Stone, Momentum & 2 Birds 1 Stone >>>>>> Malta Bend & Level Up. Not even close.
Kaliko's Go is a decent album, better than Shock Treatment, but I like Vitiligo, Genius, Son of Sam & especially Kickin & Screamin better.
The War Within >>>> Into the Further
And of course Tech...Everything else he's done >>>>>>>>>>>>>> Strangeulation Vol.2, The Storm, Dominion and now probably Strange Reign.
You are right about Scoob's last album, it was better than his last few. And Prozak's last was a step up from his previous few as well...but his last one was in 2015. Like right before Strange started to really drop off...

If we talk about preference I also prefer Mayday old albums over Search Party but if we talk objectively and with taking into consideration what the style they wanted to do I think is a pretty good album.I mean the beats,hooks and verse are great in most of the songs.
About Ces Cru in the old albums there are some songs with a bad choice of of beat I didn't found any bad beat in Catastrophic Event Specialist .
I don't think you can compare Go with any Krizz Kaliko other albums because it mostly singing and not rapping.
Stevie Stone,I never liked his music except some emotional songs with Boom Bap beats and his feature verses so his albums are all the same to me.
Even if you consider all those album average it's just one average album for each artist besides Tech N9ne and I think they gonna get a good come-back.
Finally it's just sad that Tech N9ne felt down ,what happened to his originality and what happened to the dope beats?
