First part of the album was great the other half is pretty meh but overall it's better than Dominion.
The bad songs in the project are Plenty, Whatever You Want,Stick in it,. Lyin and Face Down.
Is it me or Krizz is imitating Darrein lately?

Overall definitely better than Dominion but still pretty weak. Minimize is definitely the best song and I’ve been feeling that Stevie Stone singing is the best thing coming out of strange music

Strange Reign is basically what I thought it would be. And it's not very good.
It's better than Dominion but that's not saying anything because Dominion is the worst project Tech has dropped. This is 2nd worst.
Strangulation Vol.2 >>>>>>>> Dominion & Strange Reign...And Vol.2 WAS his weakest collabos album.
Like Dominion, the production is weak again overall. There aren't really any really good standout songs. Just a bunch of average at best to bad songs. Hooks are mostly trash like they have been. Even Kalilo's hooks aren't very good.
That Mackenzie & Safron song is just awful. You would've never heard that type of s--- on a Tech album 3 or 4 years ago. Same with the Above Waves song, WTF was that?
There's some decent songs on here: Cold Piece of Work, Minimize, Happen, These Hands, Off My Square....But again just decent IMO.
Tech's verses just aren't the same either since Special Effects...I don't know what it is. I was ready for him to completely murder the ending of These Hands but it was just a short, okay verse...Tech used to murder everything.
Just like Dominion, this just sounds like another rushed, half assed, boring project. Really sounds like throwaway songs from everyone's albums.
And Safron has to go. He's so bad. He didn't ruin Let Go because the song isn't very good in the first place, but he made it much worse. The song with Mackenzie, We Burn & Lyin are just garbage. Just stop Strange.
Overall, it's his second worst project just ahead of Dominion. Not really disappointed because I had zero expectations, but d---.

Yeah he listed his favorite artists and strange label mates but their sales amount to s---. f---ing Eminem hasn’t put out an album in 4 years, yet he’s a reaSon why hip hop is alive?

The s--- is so trash now I’m good listening to my 90’s albums and being absolutely content.

Man what the f---......tech went from extremely deep impactful songs like the noose to songs like Chilly Rub and Fish in a Pita.......how is he even qualified to say if hip hip has fallen off or not.....I swear to god I’m the biggest Tech homeboy, but I’m realistic And will call a spade a spade and say 2012-present has been absolutely embarrassing. s----s sad

I feel the same way as you...however, you mean 2015-present right? Or are you not a fan of Something Else, Strangeulation, Special Effects & the 3 EPs he dropped in 2012?
I do agree the now 3 collabos albums he's dropped since 2015 are embarrassing & The Storm is his worst solo album.
And I've always said Tech's prime was 99-2006. Everything after just hasnt been AS good. 2007-2011 was still great tho. And 2012-2015 (Special Effects) he still had it. But everything since just hasn't been the same and mostly trash.

I think that underground is keeping rap alive quality wise ,,the problem with rap today is that if you have an unique style you will never have a mainstream success but Hip-Hop is dead it's rare to see rapper using all the elements of Hip-Hop in theirs music videos.
