    Murs' new album is great.
Really liked, Melancholy, Midtown, Powerful, So Close So Far, Celebrate, Vows and God Is the Greatest is okay too. It also shows that seven still produces good tracks, tech just chooses trash lol

Alright. I've sat with Planet for a long time.

This album is good but reinforces some criticisms I have regarding Tech. His hooks are god awful when he is the one delivering them. Fresh Out, Kick It With Myself, Drink Up, and Don't Nobody Want None. These songs have some fantastic verses but awful hooks. Tech also likes to choose awful beats like Fresh Out and uninspired beats like Kick It With Myself and Sho Nuff.

The only song on the album I refuse to listen to is Not a d--- Thing. His delivery on the hook... I just can't. It's sad too because his verses are solid. Maybe I'll edit them out and keep the bridge. I also don't like My Fault, Tappin' In, and We Won't Go Quietly but I can listen to them just fine.

No Reason is my favorite song followed by Brightfall and Drink Up. Brightfall should honestly be the best song on the album but the beat switch for the third verse ruins the song until the outro saves it. The outro is so good. I think the preorder track Planet is better than any song on the album though despite the messed up chorus (Which I've since edited out). I really like Levitation as well.

Definitely a strong contender for some of Tech's best lyrics and delivery he's produced.

I have to agree, I dig the self titled Planet single a s--- load more than alot of the tracks, and it pisses me off I can't have CD quality of that track, I even went as far as to email them to get that song flac or something better cuz it drives me nuts to have any compression with music... audiophile, I can tell the difference with uncompressed and compressed, ocd kicks my a--- with it

Best song and the hook is catchy as f---. It’s a 2018 version of f--- Food (different subject, same musical vibe) but shittier.

This is my favorite song on the album.

What I meant by that is it has that rap opera sound in the beat.

I'm really looking forward to Stevie & JL. I like when they do stuff like that and Mursday. They work well together. I've liked everything Stevie's done except for his last project Level Up. That was trash. He's gonna bounce back from that for sure. If anybody needs the preorder track let me know.

    Stevie Stone & JL - Kontra-Band leaked .
Trashy mainstream album in fact it's the most mainstream Strange album.I don't understand JL and Stevie obsession with cringy hooks.

You're crazy... the hooks aren't that bad and the album isn't really that mainstream at all tbh. Jl and Stone really stepped it up from their last projects.

If you don't think it's mainstream I don't know what the tell you.The album is mainstream especially the song Lessons with Jeff James.Jl flow on it is a variation of Designer flow on Panda but with clearer voice and I was Ready with that terrible autotune at the beginning .

Doesn't sound mainstream to me either. I agree that there are some questionable hooks though. On my first listen, I think Stevie Stone and JL have some good chemistry going. Decent album so far imo.
