Recovery beats don't sound dated. Seduction, GTC, Spacebound all sound pretty good till this day. I'm not saying I LOVE recovery either. I only like the 3 tracks I mentioned. But compared to mmlp2, recovery is GREAT.

He's low when it comes to topics, but he's just doing it for the passion he has for it and for fun. He's still loyal to the game and cares about it and still puts his heart into it, something many of these new artists don't really have or do. They do it just for the money.

He have already achieved what he needed to be a great and respected MC among others, thus which also put him on the top of the game, as one of the GOAT. No worries for Mr. Mathers. His spot on the top of hip hop is forever reserved.

(He's also in the age where if he was a sports athlete, he'd be hanging his boots, totally understandable if he really don't have much topics to rap about nowadays, unless he read a magazine or something and picked some s--- from it and rapped about.)

He has done more than enough for hip hop. Why can't people just appreciate that?

What more do you want from him? What more do you expect?

If you're listening to 43 year old Eminem and expecting the same kind of content as 27 year old Eminem, you're setting yourself up for disappointment.

I'm just glad he's miles ahead of what he was on Encore and in some cases Relapse and Recovery.

Yeah true, but I get the sense that he's pressured into it which is affecting the quality of his music if u ask me. I mean, if all u heard was everyone say they miss the "old version of you" eventually you'd try to bring it back. However it's the wrong way to go if you ask me.

I'd prefer if he followed his own advice here

His voice is not good anymore and the fact that he can't flow properly anymore, is just as bad as him not have anything to talk about

You obviously don't appreciate REAL hip hop because Eminem is number 1 lyrically.
Go listen to your crappy Gay Z who fell off LOL

Just deductive reasoning. Everyone, even celebrities selarate "old eminem" from current Em, many of which vocally admit old eminem influenced them or inspired them. He does listen to fans btw, he dropped the accent, he stoppes screaming from recovery, he sharpened up his punchlines, and he even admitted recently hes been overdoing it on the overly lyrical/cramming bars in his music

Im glad the guy tries but he should keep the mindstate he had in that interciew
