    I’m actually glad that they didn’t have that in it. Everyone knows his family is dead. No need to show us all what we already know. Look how many times they rebooted Spider-Man and people got f---ing sick of it. We know he got bit by a spider lol

    Yeah this was fire. After the disappointment of Luke Cage (MY BIGGEST BEEF being that they killed off an amazing villain halfway into the season and replaced him with a goofy dipshit.) - Iron Fist being so trash that I quit watching halfway into the first episode, and Defenders just being astonishingly mediocre.. The Punisher was what Marvel needed to deliver in order to keep me watching. I was really starting to think that they had just given up after setting the bar so high for DD Season 2. I still had high expectations for this, though, because The Punisher was definitely the best part of that season's storyline.

    Bernthal is amazing in this role. He plays Frank so well as this fragile monster stalking around hunting bad guys and answers. Personally, my favorite moment was the s---t out in the forest that went down in "Gunner" because that was the type of action and excessive brutality that defined Frank's character during DD. And while I understand that they can't have every second of the show filled with bloody shootouts or spontaneous rage-fueled massacres, I really missed it.

    I think I'll do a re-watch soon. Maybe I can play a drinking game where I chug a beer every time Frank almost dies from losing too much blood so I can get s--- faced in the process.

    Loving this show man, on episode 8 so far.

    Bernthal is perfect for the role.

    Why Frank Castle's family got killed already ? It's a little complicated

    I dunno exactly. I was hoping this would be explained in Daredevil, but till now this hasnt been explained. I'm only 3 episodes into season 2 of DD, so maybe it will. Im also very curious!

    Yes I forget how exactly because it's complex for my little brain. Castle said he knows the truth so hed expose his family to this. The CIA sent killers to k--- his family and him ?

    Yes I finished episode 9 they confirmed it was probably
    because of Castle's knowledge about CIA's bad s----s, heroin stuff and all I think.
    I didn't watch Daredevil season 2 and The Defenders. I have a question, did Frank Castle's face was known at the time by many people ?
