The Roots will soon be coming to a North East venue near you. With their regular duties on The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon, The Roots Crew don’t hit the road quite as often as they once did, but this holiday season they’ll will be gifting fans from Maryland to Massachusetts with their with their presence. The Roots Holiday Tour will kick off the day after Christmas (can you think of a better present?) in New York, and will wrap up in Boston on January 2nd (can you think of a better way to start 2016?). If the tour isn’t hitting your city, maybe it’s time for a road trip (*ehem*Common is the special guest for the Atlantic City stop). Get the full dates plus ticket buy links for The Roots Holiday Tour, below.

12/26/15 – Huntington, NY @ The Paramount Tix

12/27/15 – Atlantic City, NJ w/ SG: Common @ The Borgata Tix

12/29/15 – Silver Spring, MD @ The Fillmore Tix

1/2/15 – Boston, MA @ House of Blues Tix

I love undun but idk if I'd want to go to a roots show, seems like it would be too chill. If I'm dripping 20-30 bucks or more i want it to be a party

I've heard they're one of the best performers in rap. I'm fine with seated shows as long as I know that's what I'm getting into beforehand, I used to hate them but if the performance is killer it's still a blast.

personally, I LOVE concerts. any music that you can connect with is a great time---especially when you know the songs and can sing along word for word with the artist(s) right there LIVE in front of you. it's a great atmosphere. i do realize everyone doesn't feel that way, but that's just me.

70 dollars is nothing to see the roots
