Sep 26, 2018 Writing this long of an article on artist the author doesnt like or doesnt think has made any good music in a decade proves how good eminem is. Imagine still talking about saw movies or south park if you dont like it anymore and writing lengthly articles on it. Its stupid.
Sep 26, 2018 Not really. It's someone who was a huge fan of eminem (if you'd read the article you'd know that) reasoning through his own fandom and why Eminem was originally successful and what has and hasn't changed about him and his music. It's a rumination on his career up until this point.

I always think it's funny when people on forums don't like an article so they go to the "ugh how could this person spend time writing this" defense when they write posts on a rap forum every single day.

Sep 26, 2018 @Big Cuntry i didnt read, but i assume its about em fans never branching out...which i agree with and i was a victim to for so long, and i still struggle with today reason for it is Eminem is the only of his kind, there is no one like him...not a good or a bad thing nor is it related to quality...he is just so unique that once u become a fan of his its super hard to find something similar ... so you either listen to other good music that outside of your comfort zone..or you listen to the artists you learned to like through Eminem like that yellow fa----

Sep 26, 2018 Theres plenty of artists and whatnot that got worse throughout their existance, but when that happens people just move on. Eminem is supposedly horrible for a decade and instead of moving on, people still focus on him. I dont understand that. To me its seems no one ever moved on from eminem and hes still that good to deserve a listen every new project he puts out. For example i think south park turned to s--- and i simply dont watch it anymore. I dont go on south park forums and express my disappointment.

Sep 26, 2018 Eminem was an astronomically good rapper at one point and is one of the most well-known celebrities in the world. Of course people on a rap forum are gonna check out his new album in hopes of liking a few songs even if they didn't like the last few albums. I don't really see your point.
Sep 26, 2018 Hes saying eminem sucks and is not sure if kamikaze is a good album and decides "probably not". He cannot agree with himself and is leaning towards "not" through some divine insight. But simply the fact hes saying eminem hasnt had a good song in 16 years means this guy tries too hard and cant be taken seriously. Eminem is ok at worst, but saying he sucks buys points with high brow critics who basically want to say "look, i think eminem sucks, i have an opinion unlike others and im not a sheep".

Sep 26, 2018 He talks about how he grew up being a huge Eminem fan and how he likes songs on Kamikaze. I'm a Drake fan who didn't like a lot of Scorpion. I'm a Kanye fan who was disappointed in Ye. You don't have to like everything an artist puts out to be a fan of them. There are plenty of Eminem fans who only like his first three albums and still check for his new music.
