I think what he was trying to say is Kanye is a mediocre rapper despite being an "artist and a musician". I agree in the sense that his rhymes, flow and delivery are nothing to write home about, but that's arguably just one definition of "rapper"

Once again a member who could insult someone for giving his opinion (@Koolo @WPG ). That's the worst thing on this forum. He was just saying that the main quality of Kanye is his music, not his rap ability which is not that good, AND THAT'S AN IMPORTANT FACT BECAUSE HE'S A RAPPER!
