Jan 30, 2018 Onto season 2 ep 4. Finding it not quite as good as season 1 with the focus more on Frank & the 13 murders. Still enjoying it though. Bubbs barely been in it though just appeared in ep 4.

Jan 30, 2018 2 is a bit weird. it's like it's so different compared to season 1 that it's almost jarring to jump into. For example when I first watched the wire, i loved season 1 and the characters, though had more interest in the street level s--- rather than the cops. So i was a bit dismissive and was like "f--- this ziggy r----- can't wait for s3" but the season gets alot better after episode 4-5 IIRC and begins slowly leading into season 3. it's almost liek watching season 2 was "meh" but after watching the whole series you get a greater appreciation for it.

Feb 17, 2018 Watching someone post updates about their progress on The Wire is so exciting when you realize they haven't even made it to Season 4 yet, which is easily one of the best seasons of television ever.
