    Crown, Picasso, and FWM for sure (although Ross' version on MM is better) but SIA and La Familia just leave something to be desired imo. They're good but not Jay Z good. Beach Is Better is probably the best d--- song and its like 45 seconds. I didn't really feel Nickels & Dimes I'd swap it w Heaven.

    Everytime any dumb news event happens there's super special snowflakes going "they're covering something up!" As if the govt needs you to look at clown pictures to shred some docs or delete some emails.

    Boi u crazy. FSMH 1, ULB, FML, Famous, Parties, 30 Hours, Fade, and St Pablo worse than those songs??

    I'm not the biggest fan of TLOP but it's definitely better than MCHG, which was very forgettable.

    Production/overal sound I get that people pick TLOP. But Jay on MCHG > Kanye on TLOP imo

    I mean if you're talking bar-for-bar, Jay edges out (although the best lyrical performance between the two might go to Ye w St Pablo honestly) but everything else from production to vocal performance etc etc is better on Pablo. TLOP is more well rounded and therefore I think better musical experience since you can't really say x aspect of music is objectively more important, x in this case being greater lyrical miracle percentage.

    from the moment chance's verse kicks in on ULB onwards, TLOP is a markedly better album than MCHG

    I totally get what you mean but to me Kanye is very, very underwhelming. Saint Pablo is amazing but not on the album.

    Real Friends is my favorite song of the album. But so many songs don't live up to their potential. Kanye's verses are half assed and don't make sense (like, Waves) and it feels unfinished imo. And not to mention that terrible Panda remix.

    Songs like Fade and ULB are also great, but again, what does Kanye really add? No disrespect to him, but also the rollout and the 201828 versions, ughhh.

    MCHG is not that good, but I prefer it because it sounds more complete to me. Heaven, FUTW, Somwhere In America, Nickels And Dimes and a few more are great songs imo. Same goes for Beach Is Better, f--- him for that.

    Fuckwithme is a b-----r but just a recycled version of all the other similar songs, and I'm not a fan of jays weird flow on La Familia.

    Altogether this is pretty close to me, neither really stands out.

    they're both underwhelming lyrically, but the production is better on TLOP, and Kanye just sounds better on it.

    And I see where you're coming from, like I said it's definitely a patchwork mess of different ideas but he executes most of those ideas well, versus MCHG which was consistent, but not consistently good.
