Same case with the Biggie rhyme scheme, just not as intense. Most of these aren't alligned. Off-beat rhymes without any phonetic relevance. He rhymes "in" a lot, that's not impressive to me.

The word "in" or the sound "in"? He doesn't rhyme the word "in" at all

Ah, makes sense now. He was quoting it from somewhere else...w/o the source apparently lol

Wondered why Eminem wasn't number one

    its very surprising

dude, tupac received clear-cut praise for his work. in other words, its unanimous that he was great. so naturally, its going to be VERY surprising if you don't think he's a top 30 rapper

I was actually a member of RG but I didn't have enough IQ to post (I just looked at the forums) and I found an @VR46 post where he said he was moving to SectionEighty, which is how I found this site. I got a lot of respect for @VR46 I read RG posts and gained hip-hop knowledge from them

We can twist this around and bring up how he wasn't that critically acclaimed prior to his death. He wasn't despised, but he wasn't the most highly regarded MC by the critics.

List is cool. I think Big Pun is way too high (#9) though. One great album isn't enough to put him over MC's like Redman or Common who each have at least 3 (I'd argue 4).
