    Of course all sorts of things. It should be cohesive. it should tackle interesting topics in interesting ways. The performer should have a great voice and be charismatic, likeable, relatable on the mic. Have great production. Have some entertaining features, etc etc i can go on and on. But that's kind of a vague question. I do think CD/LR are greater than Kanye's later albums like 808s, yeezus, mbdtf and graduation, I suppose that's an unpopular opinion of mine. Not sure how exactly I would rate the two head to head but I do think that MATW and Makaveli are greater than any Kanye album, and I think a condensed version of AEOM would be better than Kanye's whole career, shoutout to @M Solo for that line.

    also i dont see what holes at all you put in my argument

    i dunno. this seems to me like a trite comparison. cobain actively rejected fame/musical acclaim. pac courted it. it consumed him.

    I love both coz they've given so much to the genre, but 10/10 times I'll choose Tupac > Kanye.
