Apr 11, 2015 i love trashwang my instaskip on wolf goes to treehome95. "you wanna hear this new son–" nah b---- skipped
Apr 11, 2015 Any guesses on where the features will fit in? Or is that already known? Find your wings sounds like a nice title for the Ye feature.
Apr 11, 2015 Wolf could have been a much better album if Tyler had been more focused. Half of the tracks fit the concept and the other half are hype songs that have nothing to do with it like Domo23 and Trashwang and Tamale. It's way too bloated. Regardless, I will say I was pleasantly surprised by it. When Goblin came out, I was fully entrenched in the OF hype and even then I thought it was pretty bad. When Wolf came out, I hadn't listened to any OF besides Frank Ocean in like a year and I ended up really enjoying it. I'm glad he's making a shorter album this time. He's got a great voice for rap and is a really unique artist, so I'm hoping he's progressing as much as Earl is. I don't want another album full of "edginess."
Apr 11, 2015 Loved Channel Orange. And yeah, Wolf could have used some trimming, but I'm glad he's taken this direction with his music.
Apr 11, 2015 I feel like the overly edginess of Tyler's and OF's early content was an essential part of their growth, similar to SSLP I guess, but I'd definitely be happier if they left that s--- behind
Apr 11, 2015 It definitely was, though I wouldn't really compare it to SSLP, considering how well it's aged.
Apr 11, 2015 Yeah but I can't really think of another album where being an edgelord was actually a necessary part of their music
Apr 11, 2015 Nah I feel you, I just meant back in '99 what Eminem was doing actually WAS "edgy." Not that some OF lyrics weren't shocking, but nowadays the word "edgy" has such a negative connotation.
Apr 11, 2015 Told you that guy was lying. Wrong trackless in the video and computer printed picture of the cd. What a f---ing fruit cake attention whor-.
