He stopped on his own for some reason. He was shooting for 9 min but apparently police didn’t locate/enter his room until an hour later & he was already dead. Thank god he stopped.... wonder what made him stop though. He had more than enough guns/ammo to keep it going if he really wanted to.

If that is a note, I doubt it gives a motive. It could be a quote or even just a blank piece of paper. Who knows... maybe he thought about writing a note but decided against it?

Idefk if its a note. I just saw it floating on reddit and the background was d--- near identical to the boston photograph of just the gun, which lead me to think it is just a cropped version of the full one with the entire scene visible n may be of some legitimacy.

But what about the duct tape on top of the note?
It's a common ingredient for kidnappings and restraining people. so the shooter had a prisoner and was holding them captive. What happened to the kidnapped person? did police find them?
and hold on, judging by the spent ammo on the ground, this is actually a falseflag, those shells would have bounced onto the floor of the balcony or off the balcony, not backflip to the floor inside his hotel room.
