Jun 23, 2017 Loved this album, I think he's still figuring out more ways to be expansive (I know for some his monotone delivery might not be meant for the more progressive ears) but overall this album is solid from top to bottom. The El-P vibes I get are fitting. I don't think his performance takes a backseat to the production of the album, if anything it's interesting to see him slip some social commentary on songs like Bagbak and more. Love Can Be, Big Fish & 745 are gonna get heavy spins this summer

Jun 23, 2017 btw i havent had the time to listen to the whole thing but the first 5 tracks are outstanding
Jun 23, 2017 This album was definitely made with the intent for it to be played in the club or at a rave or some s---. Production is pretty great throughout.
Jun 23, 2017 No? I swear I can see songs like "Yeah Right" being played at a rave or something with crazy lights. Maybe not like the whole song but some remix of the song.
Jun 24, 2017 This month is one of the most abundant in great/near-to-classic albums in recent history. My top 10 from 2017 mainly consists of the June releases. Holy f---, what a month. As for Big Fish Theory I still have to digest the album from top to bottom because even tho 2 listens are enough to declare if the album is rewarding or not, it's still not enough to come to know every nook and cranny of it. Furthermore, I disagree with the comments comparing it with Yeezus. Jesus... Such things are probably being said by people for whom Yeezus was the first hip-hop album that incorporated electronic music elements. Poor people.
Jun 24, 2017 Whew usually hate fan art but all the ones posted itt are nice OG fish head cover undefeated though
