Dec 20, 2015 Most people here like Compton a lot. In fact, it was pretty overrated here when it first came out lol. Still, I don't think it's a disapointment.
Dec 20, 2015 I disagree. The features throughout the album alone make the album an exciting listen. This is really unpopular here but I thought Summertime 06' was one of the most underwhelming/boring albums to come out this year.
Dec 20, 2015 I'm going to have to vote for Devil's Night Mixtape. I've so far only listened to Build With You and the Eminem Intro, and both disappointed me big time. The Em Intro just felt like "Sway In Morning Freestyle Pt. 2" to me. It was nothing special, and I feel D12 lied to us all with this. It shouldn't really have the same name as Devil's Night. Maybe "D12 World Mixtape" or ROTD Vol. 3, but not Devil's Night. Hopefully if I do decide to listen to the full mixtape, the other tracks won't disappoint me.
Dec 20, 2015 Haven't read through this thread but how in God's name is that Kendrick Lamont album not an option? Good Kid Pimps a Butterfly or whatever it's f---ing corny a--- name was.
Dec 20, 2015 It's 5 contenders for every category, I gotta be strict about it because otherwise the end results would be rigged, ya know. We can make another thread after the Rap Awards tho
Dec 20, 2015 Idk tbh... I wasn't really disappointed by the Wayne projects.. it met my expectations, which weren't high to begin with The D12 mixtape was good for their standards I wasn't even excited for The Drake/Future Collab to begin with so I really don't care about that I haven't listened to Cudi's album yet.. I guess I'll go with Meek.. idk like I said, I don't try to set my expectations too high for anything, especially music.. so I won't listen to anything that I feel I won't like
Dec 20, 2015 So Help Me God not dropping. Only One premiered at midnight on New Years. Wolves & All Day shortly after. Then Kanye seemingly forgot he was releasing an album.
