Interesting read. I think you could plug Slaughterhouse, whom he's constantly surrounded by, in for Drake though. They all pride themselves for being technical/lyrical and compete with one another. Eminem joined in and once again ran a style into the ground. The accent was overdone on Relapse, but for the most part I thought his flow was on point. He signed Slaughterhouse shortly after and continued to work closely with them which had a direct effect on his technique. I respect the man for always experimenting, but time to get back to something that works or change to something that does.

out of all them verses he's dropped in 2015 the only ones i realy f----- with were Medicine Man & Best Friend. Phenomenal was decent same with Kings Never Die (minus Gwen Stefani) and the rest was meh.

Okay so I don't know if these time frames are right I don't feel like looking it up but.
From Recovey to HTS = year
HTS to Our House = little over year
Our House To MMLP2 = little over year
MMLP2 to ShadyXV = year
ShadyXV to Southpaw = 8 months
Southpaw to Now = 6 months
As of late there has always been a project with considerable Em involvement released within a year or so of the last one. Especially with Southpaw only containing 4 em songs, There has to be something coming soon that Em has been working on. I honestly expect a new album or something album like to be released with in the first half of 2016.
EDIT: Not hating on new Em, I love all Em time periods but to be honest he better release something soon that gets people's attention, I feel ShadyXV and Southpaw kind of failed in the general publics point of view. If he dosent release something of value soon it's gonna be hard for him to get the album sales he used to, and that would make Paul angry. So you'd think Paul would be pushing Em to release something.

I have faith in him.....the stuff between Recovery and MMLP 2 were mediocre....yet MMLP 2 I really enjoyed. He will get his act together for the album.

I done blame Em for the trainwreck that Phenomenal was. He said in an interview that the director liked the hook so he had to write verses within the hour. Whole track was thrown together, heck the whole project was.

I think if Em sits down and concentrates on an album we can get good material.
