Nov 20, 2023 People were expecting a straight adaptation of the comics and it is not that, though I personally really appreciate that every version of this story is different to some extent. Most of the voice cast returning from the movie does well, the music by the composers of the videogame is great as per usual from Anamanguchi, the animation from Science Saru is stellar, a lot of stylish flair and funny dialogue. Everyone clearly had a ball working on it and it's infectious. Solid 8/10 for me but I recommend at least watching the movie first before diving into it, It's a really good Edgar Wright movie and I think the added context helps. ONE MAJOR COMPLAINT, THEY DIDN'T USE THIS b-----r. IT'S ONE OF THE BEST THINGS BRIE LARSON HAS DONE:
Nov 29, 2023 at 8:25 PM Watched the family business it was good for being mostly side drama of a drug empire instead of like narcos. Looking for a new show I have to get into it by middle of episode 2 so not much patience.
