May 29, 2017 A test you take in high school in US used to gauge how well versed you are in basic subjects and colleges look at it when admitting ppl
May 29, 2017 like 17. did pretty good in all categories except math where i --to no surprise-- failed colossally.
May 29, 2017 Didn't take ACT but I took the SAT. I did alright on the SAT, my score was "above average" and considering how I didn't study for it at all, I think that's solid lol.
May 29, 2017 didn't take it, got 1810 on SAT which was good enough for the school i wanted i hated that test so much
May 29, 2017 Where do you live? I know some colleges in CA do require the ACT but not many. It's mainly for people who are trying to be stem majors & are going to specific schools that specialize for that major. For instance we have a college called Cal Poli which specializes in engineering and has probably the best engineering program in the state (maybe only behind Berekly) and they require the ACT. Most state-universities don't require it I'm pretty sure.
May 29, 2017 Test is kind of a joke tbh lol. I remember having friends stressing over it and studying super hard for it and I'm just like....why? Lol
