what do you do when you're feeling depressed/s-----y?

    I usually try to get out of my stress listening to relaxing music, taking a bath. I like as well chat with people on Wickedlist, it`s like fresh air for me. I chat about many things and forget about my problems.

    drink, smoke weed, have something visual, have something audio.
    Keep all of my senses preoccupied and inundated with stimulus so I cant think about anything. If I'm good Ill make a psych sess, but all of this is still happening before and after
