    Yea, sometimes it can backfire on you, depending on the mood and how bad it is

    I think the best medicine for stress/depression/etc is just sleep

    Sleep works for stress but a bad mood always comes back when u wake up.

    Currently in a s-----y love situation so hearing love songs makes me feel like s--- lmao I rather here positive / pump up songs rn

    Only when I drink alone, yeah. When I'm w other people its fine. But I feel good until I have to get back to work lol

    I've just had some really s-----y news recently that I'm getting through myself and done exactly that. It may get worse though so I don't know if I'll stay see calm in a few days time.

    If things get worse and you start to experience worse times, here are some things that help -

    -wiggle your fingers and toes! as silly as this sounds, it shows you that you’re still in control. just being able to do something this simple will show you that although it feels like the anxiety is taking over, you still have control.

    -distract yourself. if you’re with a friend, get them to talk to you and keep talking until it passes.

    -count backwards in numbers. for example you could count back in 5s from 50 or something. it just helps distract you.
