What do you guys thing of these music streaming apps?

something that I've noticed this year is how bs these streaming apps are getting.

Currently I have 3 music streaming apps on my phone only because I wanted to listen to a new album that was only released on that specific app

If you want to listen to the new Kanye album you only have 3 options
    1. Get tidal
    2. Get Apple Music
    3. Download a rip

If you want to listen to the new chance gospel album you have 1 option
    1. GET APPLE MUSIC

It's getting to the point were these companies are going to take advantage of every major release and if you want to listen to anything you're going to have to pay a f---ing bill
If this is really the future of music I'm scared :em55:

Should've actually bought music in the first place then. How can you blame the artists for taking the ball back into their court?

I mean usually the albums will be put in stores after being exclusive. Chance's project will be free eventually and Kanye's project is on free streaming for desktop on Spotify. It really isn't that bad of a wrap. Just gives incentives for sticking with certain streaming services, and if you really want someone's album then go buy it in stores where it is available.
