Such a classic. I watched this video so many times when it was popping. I totally agree, he should have kept this style. Once he acted gangster he fell off the map.

Not gonna lie, I’m shocked he still has enough money for a phantom.

RIP Big Moe. His cameo always makes me smile because he looks so happy and fun to be around. But then I remember he’s no longer with us :emoji_cry:

Dude could’ve been the biggest thing outta Houston throughout the 2000’s. Leprechaun got a ton of major label attention. I think Screw passing away definitely changed his course.
He’s heavily involved with Exotic Pop which is booming right now. Still plays a lot of shows too. He fell off but not as bad as Yungstar.
Dude always looked so happy. Like he genuinely enjoyed life. RIP Big Moe, gone too soon. Criminally underrated!!

Also, that Lil Flex diss at the beginning

Exotic Pop is a website that sells rare and foreign sodas. It’s mainly used by people who sip lean. They have some really good sodas. Japanese coke flavors and European sprites. They have a line of Houston rapper sodas. Fat Pat, Big Moe, Big Hawk, Bun B, and DJ Screw all have flavors.

ohhhhhh it’s a beverage! When I read your post I thought it was like some new type of underground rap or sub genre that I’ve never heard of hahaha.

Side note, City of Syrup has gotta be a top 3 sickest Houston rap album cover of all time.

Totally agree, dope af! ESG had a very similar cover to it. Wreckshop gave all their artists those covers around 2000

No joke, ESG has some of the best Houston covers ever.

I always found it hilarious ESG had Ride with Us ft slim thug on one of his albums then like a couple years later he released his next album with the exact same song except he replaced slim thug and that other dude that was on it with bun b and Chamillionaire hahaha.

I assume he did that because he had that falling out with slim thug where they were beefing or whatever. I need to read up on their story. I’m not too familiar with it. But the fact he used that song twice 2 albums in a row is f---ing hilarious.

its f---ing lame you can’t stream this album with AM or tidal smh

Sounds like something Em would sample for a Bezerk sequel. I like it.
