    When I manage to have a spare hour or so I normally play my guitar or keyboard. I infrequently dabble in production but normally just play for the f--- of it.

    My girlfriend and I have unlimited cinema cards, so we spend the majority of our spare time watching the new releases.

    I read for approximately an hour before I sleep every night.

    I used to love going to the gym but I picked up a shoulder injury a few months back - so I have been sticking to running each morning and basic bodyweight exercises around the house.

    Fishing and hunting. Bought a boat and rifle this year, and hoping to get an ATV before next summer. I love the outdoors.

    I need to get back into vipassana. Thirty minutes and you're a blank slate. So focused that it feels like a drug induced high.

    Yeah ive been into mindful meditation lately. Makes me realise that i should not be controlled by my emotions. Has improved my life vastly. I agree it can feel like a bong rip sometimes.

    More like anti-bong rip for me. Buds had me paranoid for the longest time so I stopped. There's a huge stigma around meditation being witchcraft, but once you try it you realize what you've been missing. Thanks for reminding me to start it back up.

    Meditation is one of those things you knock until you try it. I don't think I could ever indulge into the whole Buddhist-zen-be-one-with-nature type s---, but there is something remarkable about how you feel after a session. My longest sitting was 45 minutes. It's good to clear your mind sometimes.

    Anyway, I make beats and practice audio engineering. I work almost exclusively with a collective out of Minnesota by the name of LEFT LIFE. If things go as planned, we should be dropping a mixtape within the next few months, fully produced by yours truly. Here's a few tracks off the LEFTGODS mixtape (a project from John Daniel and Widikus, 2 of 4 rappers from left life)
