Aug 15, 2017 Elevator's hook is fantastic. , though. I never cared for the beat, nor his voice on it.
Aug 15, 2017 Flow from 0:26 - 0:56 ist just pure fire. He is capable of something like that even in these days and then we get Tracks like "No Favors" with garbage flow
Aug 15, 2017 Agreed. I've said this since The MMLP2 came out, Baby is one of those songs that sound like the old EM, around the Eminem Show era. That and Brainless. They both have a bit of that classic Eminem sound to it, especially the choruses. I looked them up the first time i heard them and no suprise, he produced both of them. He should have gone further into that direction imo. Tbh I think he should have inspired himself from The Eminem Show. It has always been in my opinion how an Eminem album should sound like. Not that the other albums aren't any good, but i think he could have pulled it off a lot better than trying to make a sequel to MMLP, which at the time was great album and it still is, but he had a completely different style. The Eminem Show is more mature and closer to his current "style". He definitely could have pulled it off better.
Aug 16, 2017 Amazing man. Flow is ridiculous, the writing is insane. This is one of the tracks from that era which just shows what an absolutely unbelievable progression he made in his writing & rapping. Comparing the technique of 'Baby' to Recovery... I didn't think he was going to make THAT much of a leap. I'm tryna pick out my favourite part, but there's so many in that song it's actually hard... "So step inside a dimension Demented side of a mind that's like an inside of an engine While I multiply your undivided attention But be reminded: if I didn't mention I lose my mind and my temper You'd be the first one who finds him offensive Got him climbin' the fences Lost some time to addiction But look up rhyme in the dictio-nary, I'm in the picture Eminem is the synonym for it, I'm an enigma" Maybe that part actually. That s--- is just eargasm and the actual writing is so clever. Himself being the synonym for rhyme? Lol >>>> That's just like a super f---ing dope hip-hop line, and phrased perfectly. I think it's actually one of his all-time great examples of something to point to which is like RAP, like... 'look at this s---. That's crazy f---ing rapping' and it's super balanced between smart, funny, personal lines etc. For some reason I don't hate it not being on the main CD for some reason though. Something about it doesn't fit, although it's not like there's a vibe anyway, maybe it coulda replaced a------ or something, it's got a bit of a Rap God vibe to it.
Aug 16, 2017 Great wordplay in this track tbh, delivery can be hit and miss at times but it's pretty solid throughout. Probably would've been a bit jarring on the actual album so it fits nicely as a bonus track. Don't Front would've been nice to have on the actual album tho
Aug 20, 2017 This flow is absolutely incredible I don't understand people say he fell off and then there's this on his LAST ALBUM It's a different level to anything anyone else can do
