The irony is that I am not a fan of the MGK.

But anyway Rap Devil > Rap God right now.

If anything should be changed in the timeline of history, Em should have released Relapse 2 (but maybe under different name in order to avoid associations with the panned album) instead of Recovery, and then he should have gone immediately to trap beats. Nevertheless, I am glad he is still active and gives me plenty of great, even if slightly flawed at times, music. Most classics, including musicians, poets, novelists, or directors, had a blot on their escutcheon, some flops or works panned by critics, but it didin't prevent them from being classics remembered for their masterpieces. The care for "legacy"is ridiculous. Hip hop heads are weird as f---. Noone is perfect 100 percent of the time, Em's music is still good and enjoyable enough to be released. His legacy is safe.

This was the only part Ihave read except the op with 2 videos. I gotta say, if that was the case, people would loved Revival, hated Relapse. But I see half of the fanbase calling Relapse a classic and hating Revival regardless. People love Kamikaze and they will love it regardless. People are not those stupid critics, there are only few people on planet earth as dumb as those stupid guys.

2014. Revival f----- up his legacy beyond repair. Recovery and MMLP2 were important for his career, because awesome huge singles and overall good albums
