    I remember in 7th grade Black Ops was the biggest hyped thing I had ever seen and it was all anyone talked about when it was released

    Never really heard anyone irl talk a lot about call of duty after that one

    I remember talking s--- to some dude on WaW and waking up the next day to my 5th prestige account being reset and all my classes having this obnoxiously big Colt pistol as my primary weapon. I was so pissed

    Once started a fake tenth prestige hack lobby and had 30 kids walking up the thing on rust jumping up and going into prone nonstop until the top for hours. Then had them rubberband there joy sticks together so they wouldn't get kicked from the game for nonactivity and keep their Xbox on all night.

    idk I get where ur coming from like mw2 cranked everything up to 11 but in the process ended up with some pretty bad exploits, like there were guns that were clearly THE gun to use and don't even get me started on one man army not to mention commando pro that had u f---in super Saiyan instant teleporting when u hit melee

    Plus I miss the cool grounded semi realistic campaigns and mw2 was when they gave that up for playable action movies, all of the s--- ppl complain about modern cod (too much mobility, too many op k--- streaks) is just the logical progression of the direction mw2 took the series in

    MW2 is still cool af I just think that if black ops is the one ur casual gamer gf chooses then mw2 is the one ur lil brother who loves games but doesn't rly "get" why he likes them chooses

    That or 90s kids w nostalgia blinders on

    MW2 did have imperfections but it was such a pleasant jump from CoD4 with the new features and maps that it was easy to look past

    Like so much s--- that you just think of as commonplace now spawned from mw2 , was a revolutionary title
