Jul 30, 2021 I think we're underrating the anticipation and reverence for 3 Stacks. Outkast were huge and every time Andre has had a featured verse it's been a big deal. The world is poorer from the fact that an Outkast x ATCQ album never materialised, that's the true holy grail right there.

Carter 5 was massively hyped back in 2012-2013 around the peak of his career, but then when it came out 5 years later, people weren't talking about it much. Wayne lost a lot of the mainstream audience that he used to have in 2008-2013. Wayne's singles used to get like 100+ million views on Youtube. Now they get 3-10 million.
Jul 31, 2021 Relapse was not one of Em's best selling albums. There are a lot of hardcore Em fans who love it, but the mainstream audience as a whole isn't as interested in that type of album. It would still sell well because any Em album would sell well, but it wouldn't set the internet on fire.
