Dec 26, 2016 I bought Dying Light on Black Friday 2015. On holidays right now so I cracked it open and started playing. It's not too bad. I always play horror movies like a wuss though. Then as soon as I take some risks and see how it plays out it's fine. started playing it like Rick Grimes when he was in Atlanta in Season 1....scared and keeping to myself not trying to attack the zombies. After the prologue quests I was setting up zombies to be kicked in burning barrels, strafing around them at the top of buildings to kick them right off the top so that they land on the ground below. Felt like a badass lol. The parkour in it is pretty neat to, makes you have to look at where you want to go rather than just hold a simple button down and jump (like Assassins Creed and Uncharted games are like). It's not knocking other franchises either just makes it a neat touch.
Jan 15, 2017 Played Sark Souls on my PS3 for the first time ever. I created Ned Stark....I've died 5 times already lol. I got past the intro and keep going left on the first area where you get to choose your branches. These 4 skeletons that appear are messing me up good.
Jan 18, 2017 Playing Until Dawn right now. Not much gameplay, more like a interactive movie. Not bad, but not as good as heavy rain.
Jan 18, 2017 Dead to Rights : Retribution Besides the controls being f----- up, it's a fun game..using Shadow the dog rip the enemies throats out is a fun thing to do The camera and controls are the weak spot in this game, everything else is good.. 8/10
Jan 27, 2017 Just finished watch dogs 2(good game but i liked 1st one better) last week so i just picked up new resident evil 7 and beat that in roughly 2 days. Highly recommend RE7, awesome game, amazing story an graphics. Only downside is its roughly 15 hour game.
Jan 27, 2017 every bit as great as people make it out to be, especially if you have people to play online with
Jan 28, 2017 On an indie kick lately: Towerfall Ascension - I bought this back in 2014 because it looked amazing. I think I played a round or 2 and thought meh. Last weekend I was browsing my PS4 to see what games I haven't played in a while. Loaded up Towerfall Ascension and d---! This game is addictive. Such a simple concept but excellent gameplay. It involves strategy and can get quite challenging. I ended up buying the Dark Hour expansion to it. Definitely recommend buying. It doesn't have online multiplayer, rather couch multiplayer but even the single player is great. Don't Stare: Together Edition - I downloaded Don't Starve back in 2014 I think like January when it was a free game. I enjoyed it but stopped after a while. I saw that Don't Starve Together Edition was on PSN so I bought it. Curious to play it with a friend and see how we can do.
Jan 28, 2017 Been playing Battlefield Hardline alot. Like most battlefields I've played, one match I'm destroying the entire team with +50 kills, the match right after I get sh---ed on b/c of teammates.
Jan 30, 2017 Currently playing Watch Dogs 2, Rise of Tomb Raider, all while playing through the Arkham series once again because I just couldn't resist picking up Return to Arkham when it was $20 on Amazon. Watch Dogs 2 is such a beautiful game. The story is kind of hard to follow, but I love Marcus. Certainly a step up from Watch Dogs 1 (a game that I liked, unlike a lot of people) Rise of Tomb Raider is great so far, as well. Great follow up to the 1st one. Low-key, Lara Craft is a smoke on Return to Arkham: Arkham Asylum, I couldn't tell that much of a difference on the remaster, but you certainly can on Arkham City. GOAT game series tbh.
