Oct 13, 2021 Honestly, f--- GTA 5. Of course the additions are online stuff. The fact you even want to see what they added to GTA 5 is part of the problem. People should just boycutt the game at this point. I haven't played GTA 5 in a few years and I make it a point not to play that s--- until they announce GTA 6.
Oct 13, 2021 I like the campaign though. And it feels good to be able to play older games. They also announced Uncharhed games for PS5 with better graphics while the PS5 takes off.
Oct 13, 2021 This is a wild take imo. They make obscene amounts of money from that game; any coherent company would milk that as long as possible. Not to mention the fact that it's still insanely popular. GTA6 just isn't done yet, and they shouldn't rush it. If RDR2 is anything to go by, it's clearly a humongous game with tons of intricacies and amazing features. I guarantee it will be well worth the wait. I don't think you will even get an announcement for another year or so, probably longer. I don't think the game is coming for another 2-3 years, max.

Oct 13, 2021 Yea, i'm well aware that it's not coming anytime soon. For reference, GTA 5 dropped 2 years after the trailer was announced. But the fact that other companies would do the same doesn't mean it's acceptable for Rockstar to continue to milk an 8 year old game that's already been on 3 generation of consoles. Me refusing to play might not change anything in the grand scheme of things but I have no interest in playing anyway. "GTA 6 isn't done yet, they shouldn't rush it" It's not about rushing it. Instead of creating DLCs, updating GTA online with new features and content every month, re-releasing the same game with an "Expanded and Enhanced" label they could use those ressources on developping the new game. Of course, Rockstar is a business and milking GTA 5 is the logical option but I just don't encourage that kind of practice so I simply refuse to play and encourage other people to do the same. I have no doubt GTA 6 will be an amazing game, just like every other Rockastar release.
Oct 13, 2021 But I do think GTA online has killed the franchise. Storywise. Going forward the focus will be on the online and less on the story imo. They'll probably keep singleplayer, but the storyline won't get nearly as much love as the other GTA games.

Oct 13, 2021 Well rdr2 came out in 2018, and it was being developed even before GTA5 came out, and well into 2015ish. That doesn't leave a whole lot of time since 2013 to make GTA6 (especially not with the masses' expectations of it.) I don't think it's a matter of saving resources, I think they are just taking their sweet time. It doesn't take an entire development team to update and create DLC's for an existing game, especially the ones of GTA5 (I haven't played in years so I guess I can't really comment on the quality of those DLCs). I'm sure it is all hands on deck right now with Rockstar for GTA6. I think we can all agree that when it does come out, it's most likely gonna blow everyone away, whenever that may be lol

Oct 14, 2021 MASS EFFECT REMASTERED Sorry, had to type like Tarzan to get your attention. Far Cry 6 got stale as f--- according to most people I know who bought it. I have ME and it was worth every dollar. They gave 1 the gameplay of 3 so it is now 100x better.

Oct 14, 2021 Currently playing PGA Tour 21. Been a minute since I played a golf game. Should be a fairly easy platinum trophy. Might buy the GTA remasters when they come out. Never actually properly played 3 and Vice City.
