Jan 17, 2022 Anyone else getting tired of games? I loved halo infinite. But couldn't play it after a day. Things are just getting so boring It all feels the same now. Nothing is novel or new. Or just maybe my dopamine receptors are fried
Jan 18, 2022 It depends bro, I played a lot of games on floppy disks back in late 90s cause it was fascinating and after the year 2001 haven't played that much only Snake on Nokia here and there lol. Never owned any consoles, but 8 months ago I got this job where I work from home and I literally do nothing all day but I Have to stay in front of the PC if something's coming up and I bought a PS5 to entertain me during my shifts and its hella fun and much more interesting than watching youtube and browsing the internet. I only play while I'm on shift, after it ends I turn off my ps5 and I never play on my days off.
Jan 30, 2022 Completed Horizon Zero Dawn the other day. Very good gameplay but felt the amount of side quests and errands detected from the storyline quite a bit. At some points I didn't really know if I was doing something for a sidequest or the main storyline. Got the plat trophy in one playthrough. Started playing the DLC now. I think this is the first game I've ever really got involved in the DLC for. And I'm actually thinking of playing through the game on NG+ and just playing the storyline to pay more attention to it to really get a feel for it.
Jan 30, 2022 Does anyone else have the same problem as me? I've found with the Pandemic that my backlog of games has cleared considerably. Because it was so big I only ever tended to buy games went they went below £20 a year or 2 after launch. Now I'm waiting for games to release but I begrudge paying £60+ for a game.
Jan 30, 2022 I only pay that if it’s a game I really really want to play which isn’t often. Last time I payed full price for a game was God Of War 3.
Jan 30, 2022 same, loved the game and can't wait for the next one,l horizon forbidden west, that will release in like 20 days, def gonna buy it as soon as it drops.
Feb 22, 2022 Did any of y'all played Horizon Forbidden West already? Gonna buy it on Thursday when I get my salary, can't wait!
Feb 22, 2022 Hellblade is very very good if you're into that kind of game! I'm hoping the 2nd one is ever better cause it looks gorgeous.
Feb 22, 2022 I kinda feel that, less because I don't like it but because I have adhd brain so I have a really hard time sticking to one thing and playing it consistently. The last games that got a lot of consistent time and energy out of me was probably Final Fantasy XV and Devil May Cry 5 Final fantasy XVI is looking kinda like a dream game for me rn cause the combat designer for Devil May Cry 5 is working on it so I should be eating good lmao
Feb 23, 2022 Completed the first one a little while ago. Was good but not good enough for me to go out and drop £60+ on a new game. I'll play it in a couple of years when it's £20.
Feb 24, 2022 I feel ya, I ordered it for 70e i'll get it on Monday. It is expensive but here it's very easy to re-sell it afterwards so I'll probably re-sell it for 50e after I'm done with the game.
Feb 24, 2022 Yeah yeah, the PS5 one. I did the same with Ghost of Tsushima paid like 75euro for it played the game, finished it and sold it for 55euro. Can't wait to try Horizon on Monday, loved the first game and heard only good news about this new one.
