    Who you reckon?

    Been re watching a lot of Tarintino flicks lately, Sam L really is a fine actor, underrated outside of Tarintino films too (A Time To k--- , Unbreakable)

    Just watched American Gangster and Training Day back to back for the first time , Denzel stunned me honestly

    And then there's Morgan with his share of classics, Shawshank, Se7en , Bruce Almighty.

    So that's my favourite three, denzel is probably the best actor of the them.

    Obviously I've missed tons of noteworthies, James Earl Jones, Idris Elba, Lawrence Fishburne, Will Smith (to a degree), Jamie Foxx etc. etc. etc.

    Idris Elba. He was absolutely incredible in both The Wire & Luther.

    Denzel is a very close second though.

    This man alone can make a B movie into an A carrying it on his shoulders

    He's got a lot of s--- flicks to (Snakes on a plan is a cult classic tho), tends to sometimes play a similar character in like 1/3 of his roles.

    If there was a denzel, Morgan, or Sam movie on and I could only pick one, I'd see a Sam L flick (Kong Skull Island was pretty good actually)

    But denzel is by far THE better actor to me

    I mean Samuel tends to play himself 1/3 of the time so is he even acting? He's more of an entertainer than an actor. Denzel gets in more serious toned movies where he gets a chance to play better roles but those movies tend to be boring. He's a better actor but his tone is always the same because of the movies he's in. I'd rather see a Samuel movie because I know it's gonna engage me more.

    I'll say Denzel has higher peaks than Samuel making him more respected as an actor because of the quality of his performances but Samuel has many more epic moments that are far more memorable.
