yea but if you pulled a random person off the street and had them listen to a future song, chances are they would have no idea who he is...the same can't be said for drake and kendrick

I didnt say he is not the best or not the biggest. I said he is not on kendricks level cause the Lyrics, beat and flow are not on point for me like kendrick

No chance. I have a lot of friends, guys & girls, who don't even listen to rap that know plenty of Future songs.

I mean I guess it depends on where you live...if I played a future song at one of my college baseball parties, 95% of the people would not be able to name the artist. I'd be willing to guess that all but a few people would be able to name kendrick and everybody in the room would know a drake song. maybe it's differnent for you guys

Maybe they wouldn't be able to name the artist, but I bet they'd have heard the song before. You could be right though.

Also more in Drake's favor, I haven't seen anyone talk about the 20 million dollar deal he signed with apple and the OVO inspired Jordans & Raptors jerseys. Drake is the winner so far unless he is really bad on this mixtape.

I think about 20 songs are enough to have a impression on a artist

If you did or didn't it's no big deal. I'm not judging you or anything. I was just sharing my perspective.

but this thread is specifically about artists and their run this year. you dont have a grasp off one of the artist's run this year. seems like it would be a logical conclusion to not comment on said artist.

Listen to DS2, probably his best work so far. It's >>> TPAB in my opinion.

Dirty Sprite 2 is certainly better than To p---- a Butterfly but i don't even think it's future's best work this year.
