Oct 14, 2017 I’ll be 28 end of this month, so tell me why would I care that I’m blocked you must be 12
Oct 15, 2017 I was hoping someone had common sense here and didn't think he doesn't have 100% control over how his own voice sounds haha.
Oct 15, 2017 Relapse was a mix of accents and non layered normal rapping Recovery was very layered yelling and his normal rapping layered
Oct 15, 2017 Nahhhhh He replaced the serial killer s--- with fast food s--- and terrible wannabe Wayne punchlines.
Oct 15, 2017 You all r-----ed he didn’t have proper vocal training after a four year hiatus from solo music and started performing again and slowly f----- up his vocal chords from late 2008 to early 2010. Prior to that he had 10 years of heavy strain on his vocal chords Very clear by how shrill and torn his voice has been since then. Of course it’s gotten better since then but it’s still high key noticable. So, no, he did not “naturally” deepen his voice. He’s not a f---in teenager. And, no, he didnt f---ing decide to make his voice coarse like that. Natural wear of a musician who has been around since the 90s
Oct 15, 2017 Now if we want to talk theories, I think he used accents to try and cover up this changing voice of his. Underground was one of the first songs recorded for the album, and it has his normal voice. The later a song was recorded the heavier the accent. The only exceptions, crack a bottle & deja vu both have signs of vocal wear. Also the years of drug use didn’t help
Oct 15, 2017 And the yelling in 2010 was Eminem’s way of adding emotion to a torn shrill voice. Proof? Well, GTC shows the signs of heavy vocal wear had progressed from the previous album. He’s not yelling but there is clear indication his voice is f-----. If the yelling was purely the style for the album, why does the track lacking yelling have signs of the tearing? This all being said, his vocal chords had been strained since the end of the Anger Management tour, which mixed with the drugs led to the monotone slurry flow he used during the hiatus.
Oct 15, 2017 No, he purposely yelled more and used a different voice. Like he's done for every single album since 1996.
Oct 15, 2017 I'm more interested in what happened to his voice from SSLP to MMLP. In 1 year it went from a nasal childish voice even on serious songs, to more mature angry voice.
Oct 15, 2017 redbull would make your voice sound like s--- over a long period of drinking it listening to shady cyper 2.0 i find it weird the em had such a sick verse there but his others have been questionable i must listen the the shady xv cypher i preferred that to the new storm one
Oct 15, 2017 You are beyond r-----ed. There are clear signs of troubles with his vocal chords starting throughout relapse and heightening on recovery.
