I recently spazzed out on the anticipation thread but listening to those rhyming abilities in a listenable song amazes me every time I listen to it.
Having said that, there is no way one can listen 24/7 to Em as one needs some change but every now and then I find myself putting an Em song in the shuffle
And there are many more examples but cba listing every lyrics
And sometimes it's interesting to see his story telling abilities but it kinda depends on the mood I mean if one's listening to Relapse 24/7 you might be a psychopath even tho Relapse on a classic level
Just my 2 cents @Bourbon Ben I kinda wonder if you ever listen to Em and if not is there a reason you hate or don't like his music?

    My man!
    :daps:

I started listening to Eminem for his story telling and presence on the mic - which, for me, was largely unmatched back in the day.

As for the present day, I listen to the guy mostly out of a false sense of loyalty. But, deep down, there's still hope that he may recapture that old spark, however unlikely.

Used to when iw was younger likee 8 to 12 and he just grew annoyingly corny to me as time went on. I feel hes the person u first get into when discovering rap but grow out of when u expand ur knowledge of the genre. Now looking back his music seems juvenile and unIistenable to me personally.

    1. I like how he can rap about something personal and sound so unique. His rapping from the old days is great and I like it, especially his delivery. Also his I dont care attitude was nice. Same goes for some of his newer songs.

    2. On every average - bad album there were a few great songs so whenever he drops smth I'm curious what it sounds like.

when i use to listen it was cause i liked his voice, his flow and the way his rhymes sounded with the production style he use to roll with and how dark it all was

it was just such a unique combination, one that he's since ruined

Do you mean why we still listen to him or why overall? If it's the first one I don't even listen to him nowadays. I only check out his new songs and definitely going to check out his upcoming album. If it's going to be good I will listen to it often otherwise I will lose interest after a week.

i listen to him because his music is so pure & rich and makes me feel like a real man

to me hes always gonna be the best lyrically. he's number 1, his shouting flow gave me goosebumps he's so good, his flow is impeccable, just the number 1 lyricist no question. name one person who could body Em on a track? lmao u cant! that's right because he's number 1 hands down!!! if you don't agree, you're not a real rap fan and you probably like lil wayne LOL... (BTW they did a song together, and Em actuallysubliminally dissed wayne, cause hes so dumb LOL!!)
