Everyone is so split up about what aspects of music he practically specializes in versus the aspects he falls short in. I'm the only person who unabashedly likes Comeback Season over most of his work and that won't change. Different strokes for different folks, as the old cliche goes.

Mar 13, 2017 Come Winter is the song that breaks me every time I hear it. That and Bad Meaning Good were the first songs that kinda made me and my ex connect on some real love type s---. Too bad it wasn't solid. Eh. Live and learn. Comeback Season is my fave. Room For Improvement is objectively the one where he was spitting at his finest and hungriest. But people will never appreciate s--- like that or songs like "Between Us". I'd give up rapping like that, too.
Mar 13, 2017 Always looked at So Far Gone is classic and I don't say that lightly. After that he just has good to great albums. Very consistent. He'll drop 15 a night. Edit: Eh maybe 20. He's a 20ppg kind of artist wit a couple 40 point suprisers and a random 50 point game outta nowhere. Talking album-wise. Hits-wise he's a musical GOAT.

Jul 31, 2017 This is one corny thread I made aye ANYWAY. I was wrong. Drake finally clicked with me this month. Lemme just go over this again real quick Thank Me Later It's a cool debut. Definitely not a classic. Great songs tho, like Fancy, Over, Best I Ever Had ect. Take Care Ok this is definitely a classic. I'm still HUGE on marvins room, but everything else is (almost) perfect. Cameras, Headlines, Over My Dead Body etc etc etc. And what a fucken outro The Ride is. I was so wrong about this album Nothing Was The Same I actually like this album less then i used to. The first half or so is cool, but there are some really bad songs towards the end like The Language. Not a classic but still pretty solid IYRTITL Saw this at my record store yesterday and copped this. I LOVE this album. Don't know what I was talking about when I said the second half is weak. The two Party tracks are great and used to, company, Jungle and You and the 6 are AMAZING. Definitely a highlight in his discog and pretty much a CLASSIC What A Time To Be Alive Did a 180 on this album, it's really fun. The chemistry is on point and they put out some solid tracks. Not a classic tho VIEWS s--- STILL TRASH More Life Pretty good album, he improved the dancehall and there's less corny bars. Get It Together is such a tune. Only problem with the album it's kinda renegades after renegades. Not a classic album (or mixtape) TL:DR: I used to be a drake hater, I've seen the light, I apologise for the slander. Jul 31, 2017 It's obvious that Drake doesn't have a hip hop classic but he might have a classic album after all. Take Care could be a classic and maybe Nothing Was The Same. I think If You're Reading This It's Too Late is worse than Thank Me Later and actually I kinda like Thank Me Later. The features were really good on that album. Maybe after few years more I can call Take Care or Nothing Was The Same classics. Just need more time.
