Jun 16, 2015 Sorry for disrupting your deep investigation into the relationship of two 30+ years old men.
Jun 16, 2015 Dre has had the NWA movie the stuff with Apple etc. He is always in the studio and was probably around for parts of MMLP2 still. Hes been working wth Jon Connor on his album and lately Game noone really knows he is working with but he is still making music we just dont hear it
Jun 16, 2015 Last time I saw him was March, all he said to me was he's working on a couple of projects for this year and next.
Jun 16, 2015 Well you must know... Did him and Em 'fall out'?? lol. @M Solo .... still waiting on your account hommie. I know you got connects too.
Jun 16, 2015 They aren't as close as they use to be, Em has kinda got his own way with Paul in relation to projects and managing Shady. With him being older and in the position he is now, Dre doesn't really get involved as much, he still executive producers some things but in regards to albums and beats he is focused more on the movie, Beats, and the new Apple/Beats music project being released soon. He's a business man more so than a Producer these days, that goes with every artist not just a select few.
Jun 16, 2015 Fair so no falling out to report of as such??? Em NEEDS Dre on the boards though. We need more Dre prodction on the next joint. Jus..... Did Dre make you remove all you old s--- from the net?? I read that somewhere??? Its nigh on impossible to find any of your music man. Must be systematic.
Jun 16, 2015 I dont know everything bro but as far as I know of they haven't fallen out? I know man! I love Dre's beats with Em on them! Until my E.P comes out on iTunes there 5 studio releases I've done are on Soundcloud, I find it the best way the promote myself, oh and there's a couple on YouTube as well. It's hard keeping things on the internet when you're independent and not backed up by a label. The future is bright though!
Jun 16, 2015 Ite I got ya hommie. Oh and Jus..... Not that I excpect you to 'f--- wit the money (as just blaze would say)..... but someone needs to perhaps mention to Dre... that the SOLE (literally the single only relevant reason) that Dre is anywhere near a billionaire is because of his music. I understand he's rich as f--- and he don't have to......but remember what made you maaaan. Remeber why people loved you in the first place, because is sure as f--- weren't due to no d--- f---ing headphones and no apple affiliation. Give us some f---ing music DOC before you hang it up. Fuuuucck. lol.
Jun 16, 2015 Answer this simple question: "If you made a billion overnight, would your drive still be there"? Dre has literally no motivation anymore. He's the richest rapper and one of the richest people ever. Those headphones basically killed producer Dre and created business Dre. Dre hasn't worked on a solid project since Relapse. He gave a couple old beats away for "Recovery", "Animal Ambition", and that Stat Quo project. The dude's name only shows up for "executive producer" on Aftermath projects nowadays. No production on MMLP2 or TPAB. And no, "LoveDragon" is not Dre for any Kdot fans out their. We know he's creating something for the NWA soundtrack, and he's working on the long delayed releases of "The Documentary 2" by The Game, and Jon Connors debut. But this dude is practically done. Don't hold your breath for any Em production on "Roots" or even Kendrick's future work. The dude will just go in, listen to a few tracks, maybe mix 1 or 2 tracks and leave. Why should he care what we think though? he can leave the rap game anytime and still be considered a legend by many. The fact he hasn't retired truly surprises me.
Jun 16, 2015 dre engineered most of mmlp 2 i believe and executive produced it meaning picking the tracklist bringing composers together and removing some elements out of tracks etc. Dr,Dre usually has his hand in most his artists work even if its just small minute details
